pAt 1812 hours on Thursday Evening dispatch toned out a general alarm assignment for the Tower Ladder to respond to the Braen Avenue Complex to assist EMS with a patient who was suffering from a stroke.nbsp The male patient was a construction worker who was operating on the roof of a warehouse in the large industrial complex.ppChief Murphy 230 and Tower Ladder 241 OIC Capt. Zivkovich both responded into the scene.ppOnce on scene the crew from 241 setup the bucket to go to the roof and remove the victim via a stokes basket.nbspnbspnbspnbsp During setup EMS determined that the victim was stablized and a full stokes basket removal was not needed.ppThe crew from 241 remained on scene and assisted the patient and EMS Personnel down from the roof.ppWhile this incident was taking place a Carbon Monoxide Alarm was received for a residence on Van Blarcom Lane.nbspnbspppDC Rose 239 Engine 231 OIC Capt. Fisher Engine 232 DC Graglia and Engine 233 OIC FF. Laird all responded in and handled this incident.ppWhile the members of the WFD were at home getting some much needed rest dispatch received a call of an activated fire alarm from the Lincoln School 155am.nbspnbspppChief Murphy 230 Engine 231 OIC DC Rose Engine 233 OIC BC Koeber and Tower Laddder 241 OIC FF T. Brock all responded into the scene.ppCrews determined that the alarm was activated due to a malfunction in the duct detection system within the school.pp-239p
