pAt approximately 430am Sunday Morning the Allendale and Ramsey Fire Departments were dispatched for a possible working structure fire in the area of 138 East Crescent Avenue.nbspnbsp Ramsey Chief Jim Dougherty signed into service and arrived in the area a few moments later.nbsp Upon further investigation Chief Dougherty located the fire in a vacant residence on East Crescent Avenue in Upper Saddle River.nbspnbsp At this point the Upper Saddle River Fire Departmentnbsp was dispatched and NORCON was activated.ppA 2nd alarm assignment was dispatched to the scene to assist due to heavy fire conditions showing from the roof of the structure upon arrival with a 3rd alarm for coverage.ppWyckoff FAST Team was dispatched to scene to assist.nbspnbsp Chief Rose 230 and Rescue 242 OIC FF.
