pThe last 24 hours has proved to be a very busy time for the members of Wyckoffs Bravest.ppOn Tuesday Evening at approximately 430pm Wyckoff Police received a report of a mulch pile fire off of Lawlins Road. Upon arrival Chief Murphy reported an active fire contained to a mulch pile that was in the process of being excavated by employees.nbsp Engine 231 responded into the scene to help extinguish the deep seated fire.nbspnbsp Crews remained on scene for approximately one hour.ppOn Tuesday Evening at approximately 845pm dispatch toned out the fire department for a possible car fire at the Zabriskie Pond Parking Area.nbspnbsp Upon arrival of Chief Murphy he reported that the passenger compartment of the four door sedan was fully involved.nbsp Engine 231 arrived on scene first due and was able to quickly extinguish the fire.nbsp The remainder of the Wyckoff Assignment arrived and assisted with overhaul.nbspnbsp All crews were returned to service a short time later.ppEarly this morning at approximately 217am the Oakland Fire Department requested Tower Ladder 241 and the FAST Team Respond for a working structure fire in their town on Lake Shore Drive.ppChief Murphy 230 Tower Ladder 241 and Res2cue 242 all responded into the scene.nbsp Upon the arrival Wyckoff crews assisted the Oakland Members operating on the roof and the interior of the structure.nbspnbsp Additional mutual aid units arrived on scene to assist in the extinguishment and overhaul of the stubborn fire.nbspppGood job by all companies operating at the scene.p
