pOn Sunday March 23 2014 at approximately 1339 Tower Ladder 241 was requested to respond to Franklin Lakes for a reported second alarm fire. Arriving police officers confirmed a chimney fire that had extended into the walls and up the exterior siding of the home. The Franklin Lakes Fire Department made a quick and aggressive push limiting the extension. Truck 241 assisted with opening up the exterior walls and checking for extension. Engine 233 responded to cover the Southside firehouse.nbspp
