pAt 1136am today dispatch toned out a general alarm assignment for a dumpster fire next to a residence on Mountain Avenue.nbspnbsp Due to the fact that the dumpster was reported to be fully involved and adjacent to the residence dispatch toned out a mutual aid engine from Franklin Lakes for assistance.ppEngine 231 OIC BC Vanderplaat Engine 233 Engine 233 and Tower Ladder 241 OIC Capt. Fisher all responded into the scene.ppUpon arrival BC Vanderplaat established command while first due crews established a water supply and proceeded to knock down the bulk of the fire.nbspnbsp Franklin Lakes Engine 335 arrived on scene along with Chief Bohny 330 and Asst. Chief Knubel 340.nbspppOnce the bulk of the building contents fire was extinguished a backhoe was called in to remove the contents and overhaul any remaining hotspots.ppAll units returned to service a short time later.pp-239p
