pAt approximately 915am this morning dispatch toned out a general alarm assignment for a reported car fire on Oak Avenue.ppEngine 232 OIC Capt. Hendrickson Engine 231 OIC Lt. Gaeta and Engine 233 Lt. Forsythnbspall responded.nbspnbspppUpon the arrival of Engine 232 Capt. Hendrickson established command and reported that he had a working car fire involving the engine compartment area on a Ford Explorer.nbsp The crew from Engine 232 went to work and started initial extinguishment and additional crews arrived shortly thereafter and assisted.nbsp Crews were able to contain the fire the engine compartment area and part of the dashboardnbsp area before further spread occurred.ppAll Wyckoff units returned to service a short time later.pp-239p
