pAt approximately 805am today the Waldwick Fire Department was dispatched tonbsp a reported explosion at the power plant facility on Hopper Avenue.nbspppUpon the arrival ofnbspthe first arriving Waldwick units they observed a large fire ball and smoke cloud in the rear property of the plant.nbsp Asst.
