On March 26th, Franklin Lakes Fire Department Requested Tower Ladder 241, an Oakland Engine, and a Waldwick FAST team to respond in addition to the full Franklin Lakes box for a reported basement fire with heavy smoke pushing throughout the home. Crews arrived to find a furnace fire in the basement. The fire was extinguished and crews vented the structure.
