Last night at approximately 3:10 a:m, The Tower Ladder was requested mutual aid to Allendale on the second alarm assignment for a fully involved working house fire, confirmed by PD. Truck 241 arrived as the first out of town piece and positioned at the front of the building to perform defensive ops using the master stream on the bucket. A third alarm was later directed to the scene to prevent extension of the fire due to the spread of embers. The cause of the fire is currently unknown at this time.
